My experience with the representatives of WhyWait Plumbing at every level was exceptional. Particularly Daniel, who did the first inspection and explained the options for the job.

I greatly admire any business that has thought through their service delivery systems and staff training well. WhyWait Plumbing has certainly done that.

The response was prompt, the service alternatives were well explained and the work completed quickly and was of high quality. So was their paperwork.

Firstly, thank you to Troy the plumber, who carefully checked our existing hot water system so thoroughly. Secondly, thank you to the young lady who returned my call late at night on the 28.09.2012. On ordering the hot water system and the installation with Troy for him to complete, I assumed that I’d have enough credit left on my Mastercard after our vacation to pay for this. After checking on the internet banking facility, I discovered that there was not going to be adequate funds available. That’s when I immediately phoned late at night to cancel the job. Obviously not planning for such a cost of having to do maintenance after just returning from our holiday. I explained to your staff member that night that we will be living off one income for a few weeks as I work casual and get paid fortnightly and will not be getting any pay and only a fortnights pay on the 18 Sept. To my surprise, she took this all into consideration and said that she would explain our situation to you as the owners. And took it upon herself to trust us to give you a deposit and allow us to pay you off. To this day, I am still shocked that a company who doesn’t know us would be kind enough to allow us this opportunity.  THANK YOU EVER SO MUCH for this opportunity, we are SO GRATEFUL. If your staff and your company were not so trusting and understandable and kind, we would not have any hot water for weeks on end. I can’t thank you enough.  I moved down to the GC from Brisbane and bought here 3 years ago. Obviously in this time, I have not required a plumber until now. I found your company out of the ‘Yellow Pages and chose your company because it was a family business. I’m so glad I made the right choice, when choosing to contact ‘Whywait Plumbing service’. Thankyou for your informative Email about council inspectors inspecting Solar Hot Water systems. I received a letter a couple of days back from the Council asking me to make an appointment to inspect the Solar hot water. I was worried about this purely because I thought there might have been an ulterior motive as I know the system was installed by professionals to all Australian Standards. Thanks Gary. Totally agree with your comments on fluoride. Particularly like your column on reverse osmosis system. We have had one for years and can vouch for it.  We use the water for ice cubes and add them to ouzo. Not sure whether it’s the water or the ouzo or both.  I haven’t had any medical problems for 20 years. (66 last week)”Peter, Gold Coast

Last week we had occasion to use your services to resolve a leaking hot water system. The young plumber by the name of David was excellent.
